Ingredients:
2-3 cans of biscuits (10 per can)
56 pepperoni slices
1 block Colby cheese
1 egg, beaten
Parmesan cheese, grated
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
1 jar pizza sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees (F). Cut the block of cheese into 28 squares. Flatten a biscuit out and stack two pepperoni slices, one piece of cheese, and two more pepperoni slices on top. Gather the edges of the biscuit and tuck in to form a ball. Line up rolls in a 9x13 pan. Brush the tops with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Bake in the oven uncovered for 18-20 minutes.
